Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at JAHC 2026.
The Joint American Homeopathic Conference is a time for the homeopathy community to come together to connect with colleagues worldwide. JAHC 2026 is extra special because it is the last JAHC in its current format.
This Agreement will confirm the terms and conditions by and between the NATIONAL CENTER FOR HOMEOPATHY (NCH) and your organization as noted below as an exhibitor for the 2026 Joint American Homeopathic Conference (JAHC), on April 17-19,2026 in Reston, VA and virtually on KnoWEwell.
For the registration rate of $795, (Value $2,045) the NATIONAL CENTER FOR HOMEOPATHY will provide the following benefits to Homeopathic Action Alliance (HAA) members:
In-Person Exhibit, which includes:
Shared Table
- One (1) shared table-top display (1/2 of a 6-foot table) at the in-person event (Value $1,250)
Conference registration
- One (1) complimentary 3-Day In-person Full Conference registration (value $795 - does not include separately ticketed special events or NCH member-only events if representative isn't a current member). Complimentary ticket must be used by exhibit staff – it is not transferable.
Advertising / JAHC Event Recognition Package
- Branding - Logo and description on the Sponsors & Exhibitors page on the JAHC website (jahc.info), hyperlinked to your website
- Logo on JAHC In-Person Event signage
- Inclusion in one nonexclusive JAHC promo email to list of 35,000
In-Person Networking Option:
One Hour Meeting Space Opportunity
- Meeting space will be available for one hour. Can be used for internal meeting, informal get-togethers or an educational session for attendees. Limit of 40 people.
- Meeting space requests must be made by September 30, 2025
- Meeting space requests will be considered for oragnizations paying for exhibit by September 30, 2025
- Meeting times will be assigned on Friday or Saturday of the conference. Preferences are considered but not guaranteed
- You will be contacted separately about your meeting space request after payment
FREE Virtual Exhibit, which includes:
Virtual Exhibit on KnoWEwell Platform
- One (1) complementary virtual exhibit NOTE: Virtual exhibit staff must be same exhibit staff registered for the in-person conference
- Full page business profile
- Customizable exhibit menu (links to store, products, promotions, videos, articles, events, etc.)
- Social media integration
- Schedule a meeting capability (using your Zoom account)
- Link to downloadable file hosted on your website
In exchange, HAA Organizations will provide the following benefits to NCH:
- Promote the JAHC 2026 Event on your website (text or digital ad)
- Send two dedicated emails to your members/contacts to promote the JAHC 2026 Event (provide examples to NCH at info@homeopathycenter.org)
- Promote the JAHC 2026 Event in upcoming newsletters
