TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Packages & Tuition sold in CAD
2. Prices include accommodation, all meals and beverages, lift tickets, GST & QST, gratuities & service charges.
3. GST & QST amounts will be indicated on final invoices.
4. Prices do not include Club Med Membership Fee (mandatory, good for one year) of $60 CAD per adult ($30 per child).
5. Prices valid at time of printing and subject to change without notice. Prices become guaranteed with payment.
6. Sea Courses is not responsible for any international currency conversion rate fluctuations charged by your credit card company or financial institution.
7. Non-refundable trip deposit of $500 per room due at time of booking.
8. Non-refundable tuition deposit of $150 per attendee is due at the time of booking to reserve your seat in the conference. Only paid registrants receive a certificate of attendance.
9. Second non-refundable deposit of $500 per room is due by March 10, 2026.
10.Final payments for trip and tuition are due by July 8, 2026 and are non-refundable.
11.Cancellations before July 8, 2026 – penalty is loss of deposits.
12.Trip & conference must both be booked through Sea Courses.
13.Sea Courses reserves the right to change speakers and/or program or cancel the program for just cause.
Upon such cancellation, all monies will be refunded or held as a future credit.
