1. To hold a date for your class, we require payment of a $25 deposit which will contribute to the total cost of the program. 2. We require a final headcount one week in advance of your program, at which point the cost of the field trip will be final. We cannot offer refunds for absences or cancelled programs. 3. All credit card payments have a 4% processing fee; we can also take cash or check.*
