Purpose of the organization: To inspire, mentor and support creative talent and expression in the San Diego South Bay region; to facilitate and foster artmaking and arts literacy throughout the region by directly engaging the public in art experiences.

Vision: A vibrant, colorful community that reflects the diversity and rich cultural resources of San Diego’s South Bay region. For the City of Imperial Beach to become known for its thriving art scene and as a place where creative self-expression is honored and respected.
Values: Respect the participation of all members, volunteers and employees; and (b), and honor the cultural contributions of individuals of the community.
