Once selected you will be sent a confirmation email.
Please make sure to fill in all fields accurately as this data will be used for fixtures and formatting for all tournaments on the day.

Sunshine Coast Esports Open Primary - July 30th
- 9am - 11am - All group stage round-robin games to be played for all titles. Schools will be divided into even groups for all group stage/round robin play. We will take the top 2 schools from each group to the finals knockout stage.
- 11am - 11:45am - Lunch break
- 11:45am - 1:45pm - Knockout Finals Stage. Each event (Game) will have a single elimination knockout finals series to determine the champion school for that select game. All finals for all games will be played in the Main Stage Area Zone.
- 1:45pm - 2pm - Trophy presentations and photos.

- 11:45am - 12pm - Lunch break

Location & GameDay Information:
Merridan State College | 214 Parklands Blvd, Meridan Plains
On arrival (Administration) you will be shown where to go by a Merridan State College staff member.
Arrival Time: Please arrive to sign in by 8:30am
Controllers: We do not supply controllers for any players wishing to use controllers for Rocket League so this is BYO. Please make sure all players are advised about this. If students do not have controllers, we do have a limited amount of xbox controllers to supply.
Accounts (Rocket League Tournament Only)
Please make sure all players know their sign in details for either EPIC Games or Steam. If players do not know their accounts we do have spare accounts to use but we want to avoid this where possible.
Minecraft CTF Tournaments
Queensland Esports will use special tournament accounts for the purpose of this event. No student needs to sign in.
Media Release Forms
All schools will be sent a media release form to sign.
School Buses & Parking
School bus and parking is available on grounds
No Student Phone Policy
Students will not be allowed the use of their phones during competition play or within the competition zones.
