Volunteer Registration 2025

This year's Bash will be at West Iredell High School on August 2nd from 8:45am-1:00pm. Please plan to be at WIHS on Bash day by 7:30am. Training for volunteers will begin promptly at 7:30am.

We strongly encourage volunteers to carpool. We will share parking locations closer to the Bash date! Please review the available slots below and click on the button to sign up. Please register each volunteer individually. Thank you!

Bash T-Shirts

Please indicate if you would like to purchase a t-shirt. We will hand them out on the setup day and the morning of the Bash. Shirts will cost $5 each. Please bring cash. Shirts must be ordered by July 23rd in order to be here by bash time.
