TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Your nominated fee is the only fee. No hidden costs, textbooks or charges whatsoever.
- You can change your nominated fee later, (per school term).eg. Term 1 / $22, Term 2 / $20, Term 3 / $24, Term 4 / $22
- Your nominated fee must be payable at the start of the term in advance for the whole term to avoid disruption of service
- If you change your nominated fee to a lower fee for the following term(s), the currently nominated and paid fee cannot be refunded or changed retroactively
- Group class available only, max 5 per group. Subject to availability
- All classes are held during school hours, during regular class time and on school premesis.
- Student's attendance at music class may be subject to the discretion of their regular classroom teacher (eg. Mrs Brown in 3A). All reasonable care will be taken to avoid schedule clashes
- In the event that 24 hours notice is not given to us for absences for any reason, a lesson credit or refund may not be offered
- Lesson credits (for sessions paid) will be offered in the event of student's absence(s) if notice is given, strictly within a 24 hour period
- Lesson credits (for sessions paid) will be offered in the event of music tutor's absence(s)
- All parties (tutor/parents/guardians/students) must abide by all school policies, standards of behaviour and procedures as set forth by The School
- Management reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a student's enrolment at any time, where professional or operational considerations require it
- Tuition fees for absence(s) and cancellations strictly within 24 hours cannot be refunded or prorated for any reason, including but not limited to cancellations, absence, illness, vacations and all school events such as fire drills, sports carnivals and more
- Tutor takes no responsibility for student absence(s) if the student cannot be found in their regular class for collection to attend lesson, a refund may not be offered if no notice within 24 hours was provided
- Tutor may be Benji, or a substitute tutor with similar qualifications and a current Working With Children Check who has been cleared by School Management.
- Lesson credits may not be transferred from one individual to another.

PAYMENT
- Invoices will be emailed per school term
- All invoices paid in advance by due date on invoice
- Only by bank transfer to: BSB 802 985 / Account 32585 2600
CLASS INFO
- Students will each be provided their own instruments for class
- Tutor will call student’s room phone and request for students to be sent to piano keyboard room. Due to this, a 30 min session may become 28 or 29 minutes, all reasonable care will be taken to expedite this process
- Students are generally taught music by ear (Suzuki-style) and not by reading music (Classical-style)
- Students may be encouraged to perform with others in class but no other concerts and performances will be scheduled
- For fun and healthy brains and for the love of music only. No tests or formal examinations
