This form is for players and coaches wishing to register their interest in representing Northern NSW Football for the FA National Futsal Championships 2026. 

All players must complete the following form before attending.

Players selected must understand and agree to the following:

• Pay the fees set to compete in the tournament.
  • The fee MAXIMUM 1200 includes:
    Trials, any training sessions and matches in the build up to NFC 2026, playing kit, polo and shorts, player insurance, coaching and support during the tournament, dedicated physio, team entry fee.
  • The fee does not include:
    Flights and accommodation, breakfast and dinner. (Players are expected to get to the venue at the times designated by the team manager/staff and be accompanied by a parent or guardian. If parents/guardians aren't able to travel please speak with us.)
• Be available to attend all training sessions within reason and final tournament.
• Play in an affiliated futsal club or league.
• Register on the National Registration System (PlayFootball).
• Reside within the Northern NSW Football region.

Trials will take place in various locations and are free of charge. Please attend the trial most convenient for you.  We may add more trials if necessary. Exact times will be communicated via email.

Coaches will be contacted for interview and coach appointments will be made for each team.
