• Hockey Australia - Event Host Expression of Interest form - 2027 & 2028

  • Hockey Australia invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from organisations interested in hosting one or more of our National Championships in 2027 and 2028.

These events are an integral part of Hockey Australia’s athlete pathway and participation framework, providing opportunities for Australia’s best players to compete at a national level while delivering economic and community benefits to host locations.

EOIs are welcome from State and Territory Associations, Community Associations & Clubs, venue operators, and other entities with access to suitable facilities. Submissions may be made by individual organisations or as joint proposals. Partnerships between Member Associations (MAs), local councils, venue operators, and tourism organisations are particularly encouraged to support strong event delivery and local alignment.

A summary of each championship, including expected timing, duration, and venue requirements, is available here to assist you in assessing which events may suit your venue or region. These details are intended as a guide—proposals that suggest new or improved approaches to delivery are welcome.

Note: A separate form must be completed for each event you wish to host.
We are seeking hosts with the capacity to deliver high-quality infrastructure, local operational support, and a commitment to a positive experience for all participants.

Please complete all relevant sections of the form and submit your EOI at your earliest convenience. We look forward to reviewing your proposal.
