    The personal information collected about the applicant may be disclosed for the purpose for which it was collected, to the landlord, referees, other agents and other third parties as required by law. Information already held on tenancy reference databases may also be disclosed to the agent and/or landlord. The agent will only disclose information in this way to other parties to achieve the purposes specified above or as otherwise allowed under the Privacy Act 1988.

    If the applicant would like to access his/her personal information held by the agent, they can do so by contacting the agent directly. The applicant can also correct this information if it is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. If the information is not provided, the agent may not be able to process the application.

  • Lessee's costs to enter into the lease:

    1. Security Bond equal to three (3) months' gross rent, PLUS

    2. One (1) month's gross rent in advance, PLUS

    3. Agent's Lease Preparation Fee (3 years or less including options) equal to $500 (excluding GST), OR

    4. Solicitor's Lease Preparation Fee (more than 3 years including options) equal to as per solicitor's cost

    ! IMPORTANT NOTE ! - The Agent/Solicitor Lease Prepartion Fee is non-refundable once an application is approved and preparation of the Lease has commenced.

    1. Security Bond equal to two (2) months' gross rent, PLUS

    2. One (1) month's gorss rent in advance, PLUS

    3. Agent's Lease Preparation Fee (3 years or less including options) equal to $350 (excluding GST), OR

    4. Solicitor's Lease Preparation Fee (more than 3 years including options) equal to as per solicitor's cost

    ! IMPORTANT NOTE ! - The Agent/Solicitor Lease Prepartion Fee is non-refundable once an application is approved and preparation of the Lease has commenced.
