Interview Details:
The interview may be conducted either in person or virtually via Google Meet. Please ensure you have reliable internet access if opting for a virtual interview. If you choose to join us in person, we’ll also provide a tour of our facility so you can experience our programs firsthand!!
During the interview, we’ll ask questions about your background, experience, and how you envision contributing to Camp Leopold. This is also a great opportunity for you to ask questions and learn more about our team, our mission, and the expectations for this role.
At the beginning or end of your interview, we ask that you prepare a brief 5-10 minute teahcing demonstration (a mini-lesson) on anything of your choosing! Examples include: "How to knit", "What are mammals", "How to play basketball", etc. This helps us get a sense of your teaching style, creativity, and how you engage with students. Don’t worry—it’s not about perfection, but about getting to know you! Have fun with it!

The interview (and optional tour) will last approximately 1 hour.
