This class series will introduce the techniques of InterPlay and Dance Exchange.

We will exploreSimple forms for creating in-the-moment movement/dancing, and some words/stories – with emphasis on play and connection. It encompasses exercise, creativity and sharing, and helps us develop body wisdom as we navigate PD.
