BOX OFFICE SERVICE AGREEMENT

Sales Tax: Presenter is solely responsible for submitting Sales Tax on all tickets sold.

Box Office Hours: Wallace Hall Fine Arts Center does not currently have a fully staffed Box Office, as such, tickets may be purchased online on our website. The Box Office will be opened two (2) hours before each performance start time (as stated on ticket) until one-half (1/2) hour past performance start time, or until after intermission (if applicable).

House Comp Tickets: Wallace Hall/Gadsden State may retain up to 10 comp tickets per performance for distribution to faculty, staff, and/or students as it sees fit. If unused, these tickets will be available for sale.

Payments: The Wallace Hall Box Office accepts cash and most major credit cards. Checks are not accepted under any circumstances for ticket purchases.

Refunds: Our policy is no refunds, no exchanges. If an event is cancelled due to bad weather, previously purchased tickets shall be honored on the rescheduled performance date.

Reservations: Reservations are not accepted. However, tickets may be purchased online and picked up at Will Call for most events.

Settlement: Atfter each event, all monies will be collected by the WHFAC Theatre Manager. A settlement statement will be built and sent to RENTER with a breakdown of ticket sales along with any fees incurred/owed to Gadsden State. The Gadsden State Business Office will issue a check to the renter approximately 30 days after the event.

Note: A $3 Facility Renewal Fee is taken out of each ticket sold. This fee should be considered when planning the pricing for your event.

The minimum Facility Renewal Fee assessed is $200.00 per ticketed performance in the Main Theatre. Facility Renewal Fees must be included in the final advertised ticket price.

Box Office Transaction Costs: The Renter may be assessed 3.5% + $0.30/transaction on credit and debit card sales for processing and merchant gateway fees.

For any event estimated to sell 700 or more tickets, house doors MUST open 90 minutes prior to the start of the event.
