    Michael McManus
    Nose Work Games Workshops

    November 22 & 23, 2025 (Saturday and Sunday)

Location: CCDTC 6058 Kells Lane, Milford, OH 45150

CCDTC is bringing Michael McManus to challenge and push you out of your comfort zone, but also to have a lot of fun.

You have the option to register for Saturday -OR- Sunday

And if there is demand, Michael will offer Private Sessions to meet your individual needs on Monday November 24.

Michael has been focusing on using Games to teach important concepts in Nose Work for over 10 years. Science has discovered that the number of repetitions it takes to learn something is enormously reduced if it is approached through a game. Games also allow us to expose handlers to calibrated stress in a non-trial environment, where we can focus on improvements, not just outcomes.

At this seminar, Michael will cover the theory behind the why and how of playing games in Nose Work, show several of his favorite games, and explain how you can modify games for your own context. Perhaps they will even inspire you to create your own!

Michael will be working with 12 teams each day. The working spots in this workshop will be focused on teams that have successfully passed their ORT and/or trialing at NW1 or Novice levels, or above. Auditor spots will be unlimited.
