Miss West Allis & Miss New Berlin Interest Form

For potential MISS and TEEN candidates
Age requirements for MISS competition: must be no older than 28 as of September 30, 2026 and no younger than 18 on september 1, 2026.

Miss West Allis is open to young women who live, work, or go to school full time in Milwaukee County.

Miss New Berlin is open to young women who live, work, or go to school full time in Waukesha County.

Age requirements for TEEN competition: must be no younger than 14 as of September 1, 2026 or no older than 18 on September 30, 2026.

Miss West Allis' and Miss New Berlin's Teen are open to young women from anywhere in Wisconsin (state open).
