Tryout Fees:

$100 for Online Registrations

$125 for Walk In Registrations

Invoices will be sent out through Sports Engine after receipt of your Player's registration.

Parent understands that there will be no refund or credit of all or any portion of the tryout fees after payment has been made. Players will not be allowed on the ice for tryouts without a valid registration and payment.

12U/14U Teams:

Session 1- Saturday, June 21st: 12:15pm-1:45pm (check in opens at 11:45am)

Session 3- Sunday, June 22nd: 10:15am-11:45am

12U/14U Parent Meeting- Sunday, June 22nd at 10:30am

16U/18U Teams:

Session 2- Saturday, June 21st: 2:15pm-3:45pm (check in opens at 1:45pm)

Session 4- Sunday, June 22nd: 12:00pm- 1:30pm

16U/18U Parent Meeting- Sunday, June 22nd at 12:15pm

Informed Consent and Acknowledgement: I hereby give my approval for my child’s participation in any and all activities prepared by the Texas Outlaws Hockey Club Inc. during the 2025 Fall Tryouts. In exchange for the acceptance of said child’s candidacy by the Texas Outlaws Hockey Club Inc., I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless Texas Outlaws Hockey Club Inc. and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected practices, tournaments, and exhibition games. In case of injury to said child, I hereby waive all claims against the Texas Outlaws Hockey Club Inc., including all coaches and affiliates, all participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event. There is a risk of being injured that is inherent in all sports activities, including hockey. Some of these injuries include, but are not limited to, the risk of fractures, concussions, paralysis, or death.

Medical Release and Authorization: As Parent and/or Guardian of the named athlete, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of the minor child, in the event of a medical emergency, which in the opinion of the attending medical professional, requires immediate attention to prevent further endangerment of the minor’s life, physical disfigurement, physical impairment, or other undue pain, suffering or discomfort, if delayed. Permission is hereby granted to the attending physician to proceed with any medical or minor surgical treatment, x-ray examination and immunizations for the named athlete. In the event of an emergency arising out of serious illness, the need for major surgery, or significant accidental injury, I understand that every attempt will be made by the attending physician to contact me in the most expeditious way possible. This authorization is granted only after a reasonable effort has been made to reach me. Permission is also granted to the Texas Outlaws Hockey Club Inc. and its affiliates including Directors, Coaches, and Team Parents to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to the child’s admission to the medical facility. Release authorized on the dates and/or duration of the registered season. This release is authorized and executed of my own free will, with the sole purpose of authorizing medical treatment under emergency circumstances, for the protection of life and limb of the named minor child, in my absence.

Photo/Video Release Waiver: Parent acknowledges and consents to allow the Texas Outlaws Hockey Club Inc. to use photos and/or videos of the Player in publications (such as flyers/brochures), advertisements (such as newspapers or online ads), on the Outlaws website, or on social media sites (such as the Outlaws' facebook or instagram account). Parent understands that in some cases, Player's name may be used. Parent further understand no financial compensation will be given for use of these photos/videos.
