  • 2025-2026 Policies

    Our deadline to sign up or modify an existing plan is the Wednesday before service at 12 pm.  We are unable to add new students or make any changes later than Wednesday due to our production schedule. 


    For your future reference, here is our cancellation policy:

    • We are unable to credit for absences, sick days or unexpected school closures (snow days, illness, etc).
    • We require 14 days’ notice for meal plan cancellations.To cancel your meal plan in full, please complete our Meal Cancellation form HERE.
    • Please note there is a 4% processing fee on all reimbursements.
