The ZEπ Orchids program has been established to help high school female students from the Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas in the 10th, 11th or 12th grade develop their personal and professional leadership skills. The goal is to provide coaching and mentoring through a 10-month program which includes community service activities and leadership development workshops. Completion of the ZEπ Orchids program results in eligibility to receive a collegiate scholarship from Zeta Epsilon Pi Military Wives Sorority, Inc.
Mission Statement:

“Empowering young women to grow, lead, and succeed.” Our mentorship program is dedicated to providing guidance, resources, and inspiration that nurtures confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.
Purpose Statement:

We aim to create a supportive community where young ladies can develop their full potential, take on challenges, and embrace opportunities for personal and professional growth. Through mentorship, we strive to equip the next generation of women with the tools they need to become impactful leaders and trailblazers in their communities and beyond."
