  • About the Role

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring a seamless client experience by providing exceptional customer support, managing client accounts, and assisting with administrative tasks. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain client satisfaction and support the smooth daily operations of our insurance and investment processes.

    Responsibilities

    Client Management:

    • Assist with client onboarding, including account setup, verification, and ensuring with KYC/AML regulations.
    • Manage the renewal of insurance policies across all lines by coordinating with clients and providers.
    • Prepare and issue new business quotations tailored to client needs and underwriting requirements.
    • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring all information is complete and up-to-date.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of any requests or concerns.


    Customer Service - Client Services/Support:

    • Respond to client inquiries and concerns through phone calls, emails, and in person in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Contact and respond to partner companies.
    • Proactively identify potential client needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience.


    Operations Support:

    • Assist with the preparation of reports, maintaining client-related records, and managing filing systems to ensure efficient and organized operations.
    • Support internal teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and maintaining records in alignment with operational procedures.
    • Organize and manage physical and electronic filing systems for client records, policies, contracts, and other important documentation to ensure easy access and accurate data retrieval.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Management, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in insurance, brokerage, or a similar role.
    • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

    Desired experience (Optional)

    • Working knowledge of financial products and services.
    • Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and compliance procedures.
