Scholarship Application Requirements and Eligibility Required Documentation: All applications must include the following materials to be considered complete: 1. Personal Essay - Type an essay detailing your career goals, involvement in school and/or community activities, include any personal circumstances that should be taken into consideration.

2.Academic Transcript - A copy of your most recent high school, G.E.D., or college transcript.

3. Tax Documents - A copy of your most recent tax return. If you are claimed as a dependent, you must also provide a copy of your parents' most recent tax return. 4. Letter of Recommendation - One letter from a non-relative (e.g., teacher, employer, or community

5. Proof of Enrollment - A letter of acceptance or proof of enrollment from an accredited post-secondary

Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must be of Latino/a heritage. Must reside in Lehigh or Northampton County. Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered for scholarship awards.

Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

1. Financial Need - Demonstrated need for financial assistance.

2. Academic Performance - Evidence of academic potential through grades and overall scholastic

3.Community and School Involvement - Active participation in extracurricular, volunteer, or community-based activities.

4. Letter of Recommendation - Insight into the applicant's motivation, sincerity, and any special circumstances as described by a teacher, community leader, or employer. 5. Personal Essay - Reflection of the applicant's goals, character, and commitment as conveyed through
