Discourse | AVA Staff and Faculty Exhibition: Sharing AVA's talented staff and faculty artwork with the community (like a conversation, or discourse, between AVA and community). Deadline to submit: Sept 8. Exhibition dates: September 26-November 15. Opening reception: Friday, Sept. 26, 5-7 PM. Notice about selected work/s: Sept. 12. Delivery: Tues., Sept. 23, 12-5 PM.

Hi Friends! Because the Linda Roesch Visual Arts Gallery has limited space, we will select one or two 2D pieces (depending on the size) from each submission. 2D work: longest dimension must not exceed 24". For 3D objects: you can submit multiple pieces (up to 3 pieces each) as long as they fit on one pedestal. Thank you!

Insurance and Removal of Work: Unless other arrangements are made, all works are insured by AVA from the time they are received until the removal date, assuming a full price list has been furnished. AVA is not responsible for insuring work without values or works left beyond the agreed-upon date of removal. All works not removed within 90 days after the exhibition closes will become the property of AVA Gallery and Art Center. AVA does not insure loans during transport and, in the event of damage occurring, Artist agrees to hold AVA harmless. AVA Gallery’s insurance policy contains the usual exclusions for damages due to such causes as gradual deterioration, inherent vice, war, invasion, hostilities, vandalism, insurrection, confiscation by order of government or public authority, risks of contraband or illegal transportation, and/or trade. AVA Gallery’s insurance policy covers accidental damages if they occur while artwork is on display in an exhibition: up to 80% of the listed selling price, or the cost of reasonable restoration of the artwork to its condition.*
