I understand that participating in physical exercise, strength training, kettlebell workouts, and general fitness activities carries inherent risks. These may include (but are not limited to) soreness, sprains, fatigue, injury, and in rare cases, serious health issues. I voluntarily choose to participate in this online coaching program with full awareness of the potential risks involved.
Medical Clearance
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in the coaching program and do not have any condition that would prevent me from exercising safely. I take full responsibility for monitoring my condition and seeking medical advice if needed.
Voluntary Participation
I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and I may stop at any time. I will use my own judgment and listen to my body throughout the program.
Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of my participation, I release and discharge Denis Vasilev and any associated businesses, partners, or agents from liability for injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during or after participation in this program, including live and recorded sessions, instructional content, or written guidance.
Limitation of Responsibility
I understand that the coach is not a medical professional, and any guidance is not a substitute for medical advice. I agree to consult my doctor if I have any concerns about my health or the suitability of this program.
