  • IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ!!

    The purpose of this Registration form is to get a count for meals that will be provided to the volunteers of the ride.   Each Volunteer needs to fill out this form and let us know what FREE meals you want. If you are bringing your horse to ride for flagging or to ride on Saturday, you will also register for your camping with this form.   You will need to pay $80 for parking at Base Camp (Velen), and we will waive the rider registration fee.  The sites are 40' x 80' so we encourage you to share with another volunteer and split the cost.

  • There will be Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner provided on Friday and Saturday.  Sunday will be Breakfast only.

    On Saturday a bagged lunch will be provided for the Winery Hosts and trail crews.
