Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participating in physical sport & fitness classes, including kettlebell training, strength work, and conditioning exercises, carries inherent risks. These may include but are not limited to: muscle soreness, fatigue, sprains, falls, or in rare cases, serious injuries. I accept full responsibility for any risks involved in participating in sport & fitness sessions conducted by Coach Denis Vasilev at SWEAT GYM.
Medical Clearance
I confirm that I am physically able to participate in this sport & fitness training and that I have consulted with my physician if necessary. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for monitoring my physical condition and will stop or modify exercises as needed.
Voluntary Participation
I understand that participation in these classes is completely voluntary. I agree to follow all safety instructions, use appropriate form and technique, and act responsibly during the sessions.
Waiver and Release of Liability
In consideration of being allowed to participate in coaching sessions with Denis Vasilev at SWEAT GYM, I hereby release and discharge the Coach, SWEAT GYM, its staff, affiliates, and representatives from any liability, claims, or demands for injury, accident, illness, or death arising from my participation. This includes any liability arising from negligence or other legal theories.
Limitation of Coach's Responsibility
I understand that my coach is not a licensed medical provider and that the training advice provided is based on sport & fitness expertise, not medical diagnosis. I agree that I am responsible for knowing my own limits and modifying exercises as necessary.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal disputes will be resolved within California jurisdiction.
