Pre-registration secures a spot in your chosen class slot.  Walk-ins are not guaranteed.  Class sizes are limited to ensure proper one-on-one time with clients.  There is one 1 hour session per week in each class level for 6 weeks and then a new one will begin once enough submissions are received.

All dogs and puppies are required to be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, bordetella) prior to the beginning of the first class and proof of vaccination must be provided before or at the start of the first class.  For the safety of all participants, no unvaccinated or visibly ill/injured dogs are allowed to participate until they are vaccinated and feeling better.

The owner/handler is responsible for ALL actions and behaviors of their dog while attending classes.

Dogs must be kept on an appropriately fitted collar and leash at all times.  Martingales or slip collars/leads are recommended for dogs.

Please be respectful of other handlers/dogs and do not allow your dog to greet, bark or lunge at other handlers/dogs.  Keep at least a 6 foot distance from others.  Remember to relieve your dog before classes begin - there will be poop bags available.

Instructors reserve the right at any time to ask any handler to remove their dog from a class session if the dog is not under control, may be a danger to themselves or others, appears ill/injured or is excessively disruptive to the class.  Returning to the class session is dependent upon the handler regaining control of their dog.  If you are having problems, please let your instructor know immediately, whether it is your dog or another.

Be aware that these classes are offered to teach you the tools to train your dogs to be good citizens - it is entirely dependent on your diligence outside of class to continue to maintain their training throughout their lives so they retain what is being asked of them in daily life.  Dogs need continuous structure to thrive.

    Private Sessions (All Types)

Private sessions adhere closely to the same guidelines as the public classes and will be outlined below.

All dogs and puppies are required to be up to date on age appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, bordetella) with proof being required prior to or at the start of the first session.  No visibly ill, injured or unvaccinated/partially vaccinated dogs or puppies will be accepted for safety reasons until requirements have been met and they are feeling better.

Private sessions are one hour slots, unless a client pays for additional time (in one hour increments).

The owner/handler is responsible for ALL actions and behaviors of their dog while attending sessions.

Dogs must be kept on an appropriately fitted collar and leash at all times. Remember to relieve your dog prior to the start of your session - poop bags will be available.

Instructors reserve the right to discontinue training at any time at their discretion.  Be aware that all sessions are offered to teach you the tools to train your dogs to be good citizens or working and sport dogs.  It is entirely dependent on you outside of a session to continue and maintain their training throughout their lives so they retain what is being asked of them in daily life.  Dogs need continuous structure to thrive.

Disclaimer: We DO NOT typically train search and rescue, detection or tracking/trailing dogs for civilians.  Occasionally we do offer green detection or tracking/trailing dogs to agencies with the understanding that they continue their training with their handler to certification level.
