    Home Waterfront Registration: A residential lot that is contiguous with waterfront open space/buffer. Allowed to have 1 motorized boat and 1 non-motorized larger vessel (ex. Jon boat, Sailboats, etc.) that is stored near the water's edge. 

    T-Racks: Storage units on BCA property (Harbour Pointe, Waterside, The Landing, and Sunday Park). 

    Beach Spots: Spot with posts along the water on BCA property (Harbour Pointe, The Landing, and Sunday Park). 

    Boat on Trailer: Storage spots at The Landing for boats on trailers only. 

    Lock Storage: Storage spots on BCA property at East Boundary Court. 

    Heritage Farm: Garden plots

    Renewal: The same amentity location that you have had in previous years. 

    Replacement: Replacing or switching out a vessel at an amentity location that you already have. 

    Not Renewing: Not wanting the amentity location that you have had in previous years.

  • For Check or Money Order Payments: 

    Please reference your invoice for the payment amount.

    Be sure to bring your invoice and all applicable registration information (tag #'s, registration forms, etc.) 

    Make checks payable to Brandermill Community Association. 

     

  • Proceeding to Payment

    For your convenience, online payments can be made immediately upon form submission, streamlining the process and ensuring you are all set. No further action will be required until you pickup your sticker. 

    PLEASE NOTE: Stickers will be ready for pickup one week after submissions of this form to allow for processing time. Stickers will NOT be provided until ALL documents are provided. Stickers will NOT be mailed; they will need to be PICKED UP at the BCA office, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. If these times don't work, please contact the office. 

    The amenity renewal process occurs late November through January 31st.  Members will have until January 31st to submit payment to renew space for the 2026 season. Payments received after January 31st will incur a $15 monetary charge per item. Payments not received by March 1st will be considered nonrenewal and will be subject to towing. The BCA will hold the towed item for 30 days before disposal.
