- Camp Activity Guidelines
  
  Participant Requirements & Info
  - Minimum group size and charges are 16 pax. Large cohorts will be divided into groups of approx. 14–18 pax.
  - Roping activities have weight limits of 120kg including clothing. Check with the administrator upon booking if you have concerns.
  - A supervision strategy is required. One support staff must actively participate in each activity, including water-based ones.
  - Groups must provide their own transport for offsite activities.
  - Alternative activities will be offered if weather is deemed unsafe by the Fairbridge instructor.
  Instructor & Activity Management
  - Activities are conducted by a Fairbridge-qualified instructor. All required safety equipment is supplied.
  - Schools are advised to bring portable first aid kits for groups going offsite.
  - Fire restrictions apply from October to May annually. Plan accordingly.
  - Weekend and Public Holidays: A 40% surcharge applies to quoted prices.
