Travel grant amount ($500 - $1,000 per awardee to be determined based on travel distance (local vs international) and individual circumstances. Please specify the amount you are requesting and provide an itemized budget, including estimated costs for transportation (airfare, train, bus - up to $600 maximum), conference registration fees ($100 as of October 20, 2025), and a shared hotel room (two-bed room: 4 nights for $300 as of now). The final grant amount will be determined by the Grant Evaluation Committee and may be either higher or lower than the amount requested. Travel costs can often be unpredictable. Therefore, you should begin planning your travel budget and exploring potential sources of financial assistance, such as your department, university, family, or personal funds.

If you are selected as a recipient, you will be asked to submit your abstract to IOHSK—not directly to the conference—as you will be part of the official IOHSK delegation. IOHSK will coordinate with the conference organizing committee and submit your abstract on your behalf. IOHSK will then receive the final notification of acceptance or rejection.

Only one letter of recommendation are required. The letter must be from a registered faculty/non-student member of IOHSK in 2025-2026.
