  • In order to submit an eligible application for review, you must provide:

    • Your current and valid driver license - this is to verify your name and address.
    • Your proof of status as a current or former US Military Service Member, or first responder - this is to verify your status.
    • Your proof of financial need - examples are bills or statements

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee that funds will be awarded. All applications are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and financial assistance is granted based on the applicant’s described financial need, the completeness of the application, and the availability of funds at the time of review. Operation Return To Base strives to help as many current and former US military service members and first responders as possible, but funding is limited and not all eligible applicants may receive assistance.
