The Ash Tree Afterschool Program provides a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children in grades Kindergarten - 8th. Designed to support working families, our program runs Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and includes homework help, interactive learning games, arts and crafts, outdoor play, and character-building activities.

The weekly program fee is $50 per child. Spaces are limited and enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Join us for an afternoon of fun, learning, and growth!

Please complete and submit one form per student being enrolled in the After School Program.

Payment Policy

All tuition must be paid through weekly, biweekly, OR monthly automatic draft. Payments are due each Friday for the upcoming week of services.
Statement of Policy
- An Enrollment Form is required for all students participating in this program.
- After 6:05 PM pick up is now considered late, which is a late charge of $1.00 per minute.
- Payment for late charges are due at the time of pick up.
- Please note that if your child is picked up after closing hours and there has no communication, your child may not return until the following week.
