1. We are a craft/vendor event; therefore, crafts are primary sales. Some craft or bakery-type items will be allowed.
2. All vendors are responsible and in compliance with all requirements to do business in the State of Missouri.
3. Event coordinator is not responsible for accidents, watching property, or can guarantee any sales.
4. All products will be displayed in a clean and safe manner.
5. Vendors are responsible for leaving a clean area at closing and always respecting the property.
6. All vendors shall exhibit professional manners always.
7. Please bring your own table (chairs). Booths are 10x10.
8. Spaces shall be assigned by the Market Chairperson.
9. Applicable fees shall be paid before booth is guaranteed.
10. Absolutely NO SMOKING/VAPING inside!
11. No selling of witchcraft, demonic, pentagrams etc.
12. Each vendor must be set up by 8:45 AM, with set up beginning at 7:30 AM. No tear down before event ending time unless approved by event coordinator.
13. Show will happen regardless of weather.
14. All sales are final, as well as vendor fees. No refunds given. EVER.
15. Each vendor MUST promote the event via Facebook, word of mouth. (If not, you might not be asked back).
16. Each vendor is asked to provide $5 worth of coupons or products to include in the giveaway.
