CONFERENCE PRICING: Registrations made on or before September 5, 2025 will be invoiced the early-bird conference ticket rate of $525. Registrations after September 5, 2025 will be invoiced $650. Note the early-bird rate is nonrefundable but we will allow you to substitute one of your colleagues on the registration should you be unable to attend. Excessive changes may incur a $15 charge.

MEAL TICKETS/EVENTS: Conference registration does not include meals—tickets for lunches and dinners, which include programming, must be purchased in addition to the ticket. The deadline to purchase meals is October 24, 2025.

HOTEL INFORMATION: You are responsible for making hotel accommodations. A block of guest rooms has been reserved November 12-14, 2025 at the group rate of $119 plus tax at The Emerald Resort/Cape Cod Irish Village for MASC/MASS Joint Conference 2025 attendees. There are a limited number of rooms also available for the night of November 11 at the same rate. Once the hotel is sold out, we will recommend an overflow hotel. Meal Tickets/Events – Each meal event includes programming and must be purchased/selected separately. These are listed by event name, day of the conference, and ticket price. *Please note while the boxed lunch on Wednesday is complimentary, we still require you to check the box to help us ensure an accurate headcount and accommodate all attendees.

Some attendees register only for individual meal events, while others forget to select the conference registration. Please double-check your selections before proceeding to ensure you're registered for everything you plan to attend.
