    All event meals—excluding the Awards Banquet—will be served buffet style. We will do our very best to accommodate all dietary restrictions; however, please understand that with over 1,000 attendees, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fully met. For high-risk dietary needs, we will connect you directly with the hotel’s executive chef to ensure your safety.

  • PASSPORT INFORMATION

    It is each attendee's responsibility to make sure their passport is valid for at least six (6) months from the date they will be returning home from Cancún.
  • ACKNOWLEDGE

  • By submitting this form, you confirm the following:

    • All information provided in this registration form is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If any information is incorrect, FCI may not be able to print your badge onsite.
    • You understand that hotel policies outlined on the AVA website are set by the hotel directly. FCI does not have authority to make changes. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the hotel.
    • Hotel Guarantee Policy: A deposit equal to three nights’ stay will be charged at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival.
    • Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to avoid forfeiting the three-night deposit.
    • Hotel reservations canceled within the penalty window—or no-shows—will be charged the full remaining balance. FCI reserves the right to bill the franchisee for any penalties incurred if an attendee does not pay or does not arrive.
