Open call for artists and crafters. Handmade items only. This is an indoor market. No mass produced merchandise. Submitted information may be used on our website and event promotions. Please complete this entire application with as much detail as possible. Incomplete applications will not reviewed nor accepted THANK YOU!

Applications will remain open until all spots are filled . An acceptance email will be sent within 7 days after application submission .

Vendor Requirements
If applying as a crafter or food vendor, items must be handmade by you. Mass produced/resell items will be limited to items that fit the theme of the event. Such as crystals, antiques, and vintage items. Direct sale companies are not accepted.
Booth Requirements
Displays should be professional in appearance. This means a well thought out display. Items displayed flat without accompanying height display variations will not be permitted. Plastic tablecloths are not permitted. Tablecloths should be floor length. Under table storage is to be concealed from sight. No “sale” or “clearance” signs are to be displayed. Booth sharing is not permitted. Tents must be weighted with a minimum of 40lbs per leg
What Does “Juried” Mean
All NEPA CraftWorks llc events are juried. This means your product will be subject to a committee that will determine if your product will be accepted into the event. Applications will be judged on photo quality and subject clarity, booth display, written description of product, social media presentation and presence.
Accepted Vendor Social Media Requirements
It is expected that upon acceptance, all vendors will contribute to promoting the event. This includes: sharing promotional graphics, event pages, self promoting new work plus tagging the event page and NEPA CraftWorks juried shows in posts.

Important Information
Event Hours Saturday and Sunday 10-4pm. We ask you to have your booth open and ready at those times, no tearing down early, unless otherwise arranged. Do you agree to that?

Acceptance Terms:
Accepted vendors will receive an acceptance email and an invoice for their booth upon acceptance. Please read through our terms/conditions and our cancellation policy.

In the event that a vendor needs to cancel or is a no show, no refunds or show credits will be given for cancellation requests.

You agree that you will not hold the event venue or organizer (NEPA CraftWorks llc) responsible for any personal injury, damages, thefts or shortages. Upon acceptance, proof of vendor insurance may be requested.

You agree that you will not sell mass produced items. Items from TEMU or other sites selling items that look handmade but are not actually handmade by you. If you are found to be selling items not made by you, unless listed in your application and approved by NEPA Craftworks llc, you will be asked to remove such items and may be forbidden from attending future events.
