    •

      Enrollment Responsibilities for Families

Tuition is charged year-round, regardless of whether the child is absent. This includes days the center is closed due to holidays, in-service days, illness, family vacations, snow days, weather events, health or safety-related closures (including pandemic-related), utility issues, or construction/repairs.
For extended absences, families must email the office in advance. Please note: Even during extended time away, tuition is still due.

      Past Due Balance:
Any family with a past due balance will not be permitted to attend school unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance.  We are happy to work with families to find a solution, but it is essential that financial arrangements are made prior to attendance.

If tuition becomes more than four weeks overdue, we will unfortunately need to ask that your child remain at home until payment arrangements have been made. In addition, classroom slots may be forfeited if timely payment is not arranged, and we cannot guarantee the spot will still be available once the balance is resolved.

      ELRC Families:

While we do our best to maintain updated records based on the communication we receive by mail, it is ultimately the responsibility of each family to ensure that their copay amount is accurate.

In the event of any discrepancies, please note that we reserve the right to make the final decision regarding payments and fees. Additionally, any administrative work we carry out on behalf of ELRC families is included as part of the associated fees, including in cases where payment amounts are contested.

➤ If you receive ELRC funding, it’s important to know that they do not cover vacation days. In those cases, families are responsible for the private-pay portion of tuition for that month.

Families who are eligible for CCW (CCIS/ELRC) subsidy are encouraged to fill out all of the required paperwork and submit it to ELRC-18. Follow the link below for additional information:
