As a member of Ellipsis Academy, the named responsible adult and named student understand and agree to the following terms.

1. Fees are to be paid promptly before the month end. Late fees will incur a 20% fee. Continuous late fees may incur expulsion from classes until the balance is paid.

2. Students are to wear the appropriate Sport/Dance wear in all classes - Uniform items are available to purchase when you are ready to do so. 

3. Students and responsible adults are expected to treat all Ellipsis Academy Staff members and other students with professional courtesy and respect. This includes all forms of communication, verbal, email, social media etc.

4. Shoes such as Jazz shoes or Trainers must be worn for all Rock'n'Roll & Street aspects of classes.

5. Personal belonging brought to classes by students are their responsibility and not that of the Ellipsis Academy Team.

6. Competitive students will be asked to complete a season expectations clause. 

7. Students will have the opportunity to Compete, Take examinations and Perform in annual showcases.

8. Students taking part in annual showcases will be asked to complete a cost and expectations contract each year
