Tournament Info:
Each team must have a minimum of 9 players and no more than 12 players
All players must submit the required waivers before the team can play their first game
All games will be played between 8am and 4pm on August 2nd and 3rd at Breese Stevens Field or Reindahl Park.
Entry fee is $300 per team until 7/1 and $350 per team after 7/1
Each registration comes with one (1) ticket per player to the Forward Madison FC match on August 2nd
