Tuesday sessions: 1v1, Technical focus 1V1, dribbling, ball contro, speed of play & passing.

Thursday sessions: High-tempo “Finishing Factory” — all about striking, shooting, and scoring techniques

4-Week Individual Development Plan (IDP) using the SOCR Method:
Skill • Opportunity • Challenge • Reflection

Daily take-home exercises: wall work, ball mastery, strength & conditioning
