Position Summary:
The Administrative Receptionist is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring a seamless, elevated experience across every touchpoint of the Solvida client journey. You will oversee front-end operations, client service and retention, internal systems, scheduling, lead follow-up, inventory management, compliance, event planning, and coordination of our internship programs for esthetics and RN injectors.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage client intake, service scheduling, and front-of-house experience
Maintain product inventory and retail displays; track usage and reordering
Ensure all systems (POS, booking, messaging) are maintained and up to date
Support client lead follow-up and membership sales
Ensure service compliance and documentation standards are met
Assist with planning and executing local community engagement events
Oversee esthetics & RN injector intern scheduling, onboarding, and tracking
Provide real-time support to staff and maintain smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in spa, wellness, or medical aesthetics setting preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable with scheduling software, CRM, and light tech support
Self-starter who can manage tasks and lead by example
Passion for women’s wellness and creating exceptional service experiences
Esthetics license, healthcare experience, or wellness background a plus
