2026 Conference Abstract
Submission
Important Dates:
The deadline to submit an Abstract is
September 1st
We will notify all submitters of their status no later than
September 15th
Upon notification by RLS, submitters must acknowledge acceptance by
September 20th.
If accepted, PowerPoint poster file will be due by
October 1st
All presenters must be registered for the conference by
October 1st.
Please Note:
RLS will reimburse conference registration fees for primary presenters upon acceptance
RLS will print all posters accepted (poster must be no larger than
36” inches wide
by
24” inches tall
including print margins)
