Would you like to enhance the front of your City Centre building or business? Keen to bring more vibrancy and energy to our beautiful city? Palmy BID, in partnership with Palmerston North City Council, team dh, Chapple Architecture and Resene Paints, is excited to launch a new project running August 2025 – February 2026 to support YOU in giving your building frontage a fresh clean-up or clean-and-paint — with the help of a funding grant!

You could be eligible for a grant of up to $1,000 to go toward the cleaning and/or painting of your City Centre property. Work will be carried out by team dh using Resene Paints. Own or occupy a Heritage Building? You may be eligible for up to $20,000 in PNCC Heritage Funding — subject to assessment and approval.

To be eligible your building must be located in the Palmerston North City Centre. Funding is not guaranteed - however if approved you may receive up to $1,000 towards the total cost required to clean or paint the front of your property, with the remaining cost of the work being the responsibility of the Landlord to pay. Your property frontage must also be visible from the street.
