Hype Dance Performance Contract - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

- I understand that if i miss more than 4 rehearsals, i will no longer be able to perform in the showcase.

- I understand there will be no refunds.

- I will be mindful of my body during the program and in the weeks leading up to the show, i will try to avoid anything that may cause injuries.

- I understand that any alterations needed for my costumes are my own responsibility.

- I will attend our Dress/Tech rehearsal on Thursday Nov 13th 6:00-9:00pm to allow my team to block our routines on the stage.
