We will no longer warranty any aspects (labor/materials) of glass tile installation.
Glass tile used below the water lines seldom has issues, but at or above the water line, we’ve seen one or more of the following: release of bond, cracking, delamination, extreme shade variation and uncleanable calcium film. We will still gladly install glass tile and strictly follow the ANCI Standards – The Tile Council of North America, and follow the manufacturer’s installation direction using only the best setting materials, as we always have. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Requests or modifications to your material(s) selection must be confirmed in writing. The charge for any addendum or amendment shall be due at the time it is
signed. Any change will delay the construction process.
