EVENT: St. Anthony Park Garden Tour (sponsored by the St. Anthony Park Garden Club)
DATE: Saturday June 28, 2025
TIME: 10am-3pm
[NOTE: Plein air painters can choose either A.) Morning Shift 10:00am-12:30pm or B.) Afternoon Shift 12:30pm-3:00pm]. We ask that painters arrive early so they will have time to set up and start painting by the start of their shift.
REQUIRED: ** Plein air painters MUST register in advance! [No same day arrivals] **
St. Anthony Park Garden Club "THANK YOU": Each painter will receive a FREE ticket for the Garden Tour. You can choose to attend the morning or afternoon of Saturday 6/28 when you’re not assigned to a garden, OR you can join our private volunteer tour on Sunday 6/29 afternoon (details to follow). This ticket is transferable if you'd prefer to offer it to a friend or family member.
NEXT STEP: Plein air painters MUST register below. OPM will provide St. Anthony Park Garden Club Tour co-chair Debbie Smith with a list of registrants. Debbie will communicate directly with EACH registrant with more details and reply to questions. Each painter will be assigned to a specific garden (TBA), and will be provided with exact location in garden to set up your easel.
PLEASE BRING: Chair, painting umbrella (if you have one) and water
RESTROOMS: Restrooms will be available at Garden Hosts' homes
BREAKS: We encourage you to take short breaks as needed!
SPECIAL NEEDS/CONSIDERATIONS: Please note if you have difficulty walking over uneven ground, up gentle slopes etc. Also, please let us know if you prefer to be in a quiet area (all of our gardens will also have musicians; some of our musical ensembles have more volume than others!). If you would like us to provide a patio umbrella with weighted stand, please let us know that too.
NOTE: If you would like to display a sign or offer cards with your name/contact information, feel free! Unfortunately, we don’t have room in our program to acknowledge all of you, though we wish we could! We do plan to list all your names on our St Anthony Park Garden Club website, though this may not occur until immediately after the Garden Tour.
OUR 10 GARDEN HOSTS AND OUR MANY GARDEN CLUB VOLUNTEERS ARE EXTREMELY EXCITED ABOUT HAVING PLEIN AIR PAINTERS IN OUR TOUR GARDENS!
