Events by the River
Event starts on Saturday, October 4th at 12pm until Sunday October 5th at 6pm. Gates are open from Noon until Midnight both days. Vendors will be set up from 12pm - 8pm on Saturday and 12pm-6pm on Sunday, but you're welcome to stay set up as late as you want and maximize your profits as people will be there for a while. Music doesn't stop until after midnight and people will be camping. Vending and Sponsorship fees include a ticket for you and one helper and 2 nights of camping (Friday and Saturday) as well as everything listed under that tier. Vendors are invited to show up on Friday evening at 3pm to set up, and are welcome to camp on Friday, if you choose. Otherwise you can set up as early as 9am on Saturday morning, and you're invited to camp again that night and breakdown Sunday after 6pm, however you are not required to stay past 6pm on Saturday or Sunday. You will need to provide your own tables, chairs, canopy, lights, etc. This is an outside event, so make sure you prepare for winds, light rain, grassy and/or sandy terrain or water, so bring tarps, tent stakes, weights, and any emergency equipment you may need! If you need power we suggest bring your own extension cable as all vendors are sharing power. Be courteous and please share. Type "agree" if you have read the above message.

Tier 1 $50 - Includes social media promotion and a 12x12 booth and 2 weekend admission tickets plus 2 weekend camping tickets
Tier 2 $100 - Includes Tier 1 plus your business logo on all flyers, physical and digital, as well as your logo on a banner that will be displayed on the stage for
Tier 3 $200.00 - Includes Tier 1 and Tier 2 plus your logo on the back of the Nexus Nebula T-Shirts as well as paid Social Media advertising
Extra 10x10 add on $50
Vendor Camping ( no extra fee, for placement records only. )
Workshop/Class only $25 (ie: Yoga, Art demonstration, informational workshop, etc.)
Snack/Beverage for both days $100 (beer, concessions, ice cream, shaved ice, etc. No savory food trucks as we are full.)
