Conative Excellence Awards Nomination Form

Each person or company will be notified of their nomination and will be required to apply by submitting a written application or scheduling a recorded interview for the award. We also encourage self-nomination because nobody knows more about what you’re accomplishing than you do!
Kolbe Enterprise Award: for Organizational Leadership in Building Conative Excellence. This award honors an enterprise for using Kolbe Solutions to make a difference in their organization.

Kolbe Professional Award: for Individual Leadership in Building Conative Excellence. This award honors a Kolbe Certified™ Consultant who has developed a high level of expertise in the Kolbe Theory and uses Kolbe Solutions to impact organizations and/or individuals.
