    PAYMENT & REPORTING:

All scholarship recipients will receive their funds via direct bank deposit. Once the recipients have been notified they are successful they will be required to provide bank details for the distribution of their funds.

At the end of every month during the time you are a scholarship recipient, you must provide a report detailing how the scholarship funds have been spent. It is the responsibility of the scholarship recipient to provide this report to YAL. The report template will be provided with the letter of offer.

KEEPING YOUR CONTACT DETAILS UP TO DATE:

All correspondence during the application process will be sent to your nominated email address as provided in your application.

Scholarship recipients must advise YAL if they change their contact information or place of study during the course of their scholarship. This can be done by an email to info@yal.org.au

    PUBLICITY & PROMOTION:

If you are offered a scholarship, your scholarship details including first name, region and scholarship awarded may be passed on to media and used by YAL and associated sponsors for promotional purposes, including but not limited to the YAL website and the website of our associated sponsors. Your consent will be sought before we do so.

If you attend events held by YAL, photos of you at the event may be forwarded to your school and/or be used for promotional purposes by YAL and its associated organisations such as the donor who created the scholarship. Your consent will be sought and if you do not wish to be photographed or have your details used in this way, you must contact YAL Staff in writing as soon as possible. Doing so will NOT affect your scholarship or relationship with YAL and it’s associated sponsors.

For further information please refer to YAL policies.
