Agreement Terms: Service will provide roundtrip transportation from designated community stops to CMIT North. Pickup and drop-off times will be strictly followed. Late arrivals at stops will not be accommodated. Weekly payments are required in advance via PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or Stripe. Missed rides due to tardiness or absence are non-refundable. Parent/guardian must provide up-to-date emergency contact information.

I understand and acknowledge that transportation services involve some risk. I release Conrad Enterprises LLC, its employees, and partners from liability for any injury or accident that may occur during transportation. I accept responsibility for ensuring my child adheres to safety rules and conduct expectations during transport.
I grant permission for Conrad Enterprises LLC to take photos or videos of my child during transport for marketing or documentation purposes. I understand these may appear on the company website, flyers, or social media
Code of Conduct: Students are expected to: Remain seated at all times while the vehicle is in motion. Speak at a reasonable volume. Follow the driver's instructions immediately. Respect the vehicle, driver, and other passengers. Repeated misconduct may result in suspension or termination of transportation services.
