We’re excited to offer on-site childcare as an extra perk again this year!

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are thrilled to offer childcare as a special perk for our Nü You Conference guests. This service is exclusively available for registered attendees and their children/legal dependents. Please note that due to space and staffing limits, we cannot accommodate additional children who are not pre-registered.

Childcare Details:
Ages accepted: 2 months to 6 years
Availability: First come, first served (limited infant spots available)
Cost: $30 per child
Includes: Fun, age-appropriate games and activities, lunch, snacks, and attentive care
Extras: Pack & plays for napping children and accommodations for nursing moms

We kindly ask that all childcare applications be completed in full so we can provide the best possible care, including understanding your child’s needs, temperament, dietary restrictions, and any special accommodations.

In 2025, we are proud to offer special accommodations for neurodivergent children to ensure more personalized attention.Please note all childern will be in the same childcare room this year, but we do intend to seperate the space based on age.

Important Notes:

You must purchase your main conference ticket before submitting a childcare application.
We will not be able to accept any walk-up childcare requests on the day of the event.
Once our childcare rooms reach capacity, a notification will be sent via email.
Applications will be reviewed within 24 hours of submission.
After approval we will send a payment link. Space is limited, so we strongly encourage you to submit your payment and application as soon as possible if you plan to attend with your child on September 6th.

Nu Momish and its staff and volunteers will do everything in our power to prevent any accidents from occurring. Please be mindful children may have accidents, therefore we ask that if you know that your child is a rough-houser, please do not bring him or her because we will not be held responsible for any such injuries deriving from this type of play.

If your child is sick, abnormally misbehaves, or has a injury of any kind, you will be asked to come get your child during the event.

Nu Momish Kids Volunteers will not be held responsible for any of the occurances above.
