Thank you for your interest in our Charity Golf Day.

Before you proceed to book we will ask you for some details and it would help if you have them to hand before booking.

• For Golfers we will ask for their name, WHS handicap and if they are female.
• If you are Sponsoring we will ask for your sponsors basic details: name, address, email, phone, website, etc.  We will also ask for a 10 word brief detail about the company and for your logo if you wish it to be attached.

We would be very grateful if you or your company felt able to sponsor our event.

We have three excellent packages as follows:

Members of Orsett Golf Club receive a discount on the course fees which saves them £30 each.  Enter the total number of golfers in the first section.  Then the Number of Orsett Golf Club members to get the £30 discount for each.  Check the Total before continuing.

Sponsorship details

Please complete details as you would like them to appear.  You do not need to complete all fields, only those you would like us to publicise.

Complete your sponsor form and pay by these dates to receive additional publicity

• by 1 August - your name or logo will be included on our website
• by 11 August - a sign will be placed on the course

Please note: It may be necesary to alter the Sponsor's detail on our publicity if there is not enough room for the full details or if they are considered inappropriate. If this is necessary, and there is time, we will try to contact you by email to agree the change.

Golfers Details

Please complete as many names and WHS handicaps as possible, these can be changed later if necessary.  We will include the slope factor to convert WHS handicap to the playing handicap for the course.

Handicap limited to - Ladies 36, Gentlemen 28.
